SMS Program Description

Precious Implant Dental Studio Patient Messages is a text messaging program for patients and people who contact our office. When you opt in, you may receive:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling messages.
  • Replies to questions you send us.
  • Treatment follow-up and post-procedure check-ins.
  • Occasional promotional offers about our dental services.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving treatment.

Opt-Out Instructions

  • STOP: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further texts.
  • HELP: reply HELP for assistance, or call (657) 644-5536.
  • START: reply START to resubscribe after opting out.

Cancellation Policy

We hold time in the schedule for every appointment, and implant procedures often block off several hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call (657) 644-5536 at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Missing an appointment without notice, or canceling with less than 24 hours notice more than once, may mean we ask for a deposit to book future surgical appointments. Exceptions are always made for emergencies and illness.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to this website or our SMS program will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Nothing on this website is a diagnosis or a substitute for an exam by a licensed dentist. We may update these terms from time to time, and the effective date at the top shows the latest version.
